Wushu

Boxing
"Tiger Fit Muay Thai" All ability levels are welcomed in these classes, which are taught by a qualified team of trainers.
Every aspect of boxing technique is covered in these classes: footwork, head movement, punching mechanics, counters, combinations and more. Training methods used include shadow boxing, sparring, mitt work, bag work and combination drills.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai classes are broken down into beginner, intermediate, advanced and professional invite-only ring
Each sessions to go for approximately 1.5 hours and teach traditional and fundamental fighting techniques including kicking, knees, elbows, Thaiboxing skills, the famed Muay Thai clinch, combinations, and of course, ring fitness and conditioning.
Each class has between 3-4 trainers supervising to ensure that every person gets individualized attention and learns proper technique.

Crossfit

Ladies Self Defence
fighting off something or another person to protect yourself and maybe others. Ways of self-defence include martial arts or using a weapon. Sometimes, self-defense can cause serious harm to the other person. In most nations, you cannot be prosecuted for this harm. A good coach doesn't just work with your body but guides you in developing the proper mindset and mental toughness to push beyond your perceived limits.
